Return Policy
The terms and conditions outlined in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of the Company through the website www.sex-toys.gr.
Defective Product Replacement
We accept returns and replacement of proven defective products within 14 days from the date of receipt at the address: “Marikostinovo 2870, Bulgaria”. For any return, you must first contact us at info@sex-toys.gr or at +306931800591.
The replacement of a defective product is always done with the same product, and the return and replacement costs are free of charge.
Please ensure that the product for replacement is indeed defective, as if it is found to be functional upon inspection, it will be returned to you at your own shipping cost.
Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can return the products you ordered within 14 calendar days with your receipt, order form, order confirmation email, and proof of payment. For any return, you must first contact us at info@sex-toys.gr or at +306931800591.
To return the products, you may submit a written request by filling out the withdrawal form at info@sex-toys.gr. For any information you need, you can contact us by phone at +306931800591.
Returns will be made to the address: “Marikostinovo 2870, Bulgaria”.
If you are unable to return the products yourself, the cooperating courier company DHL can return them for you with an additional charge. The shipping cost for the return depends on your postal code and the weight of the products.
The return request is considered valid from the date you notify us about the return of the goods.
The products you wish to return must, for hygiene reasons, be in an intact condition, with a sealed and completely intact packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment they are handed over to a store of the Company or to the cooperating transportation company or courier company.
If the products are not returned within 14 days, the Company may refuse to accept any return or product replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing laws and regulations regarding the sales contract and any rights arising from product warranty terms are recognized.
In case of withdrawal or change of mind, if you incurred return shipping costs, these will be deducted from the refunded amount along with any shipping fees.
Return of Products
In the event you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will bear the immediate cost of returning the products. The return of products can only be carried out from the address you initially provided for the delivery and which you have informed us of in writing.
Returns of products due to refusal of receipt or due to expiration of the retention period at the courier, and in case of prepayment by credit/debit card or PayPal, the return charges will be deducted from the refund.
Refund for Returned Products
If you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods returned using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal), minus the return costs unless you prefer another refund method, in which case you must inform us in writing.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be done after you notify us in writing about the return request and we accept the return of the goods, and once the products have been delivered to the cooperating transportation company/courier.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
a) the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period
b) the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire soon,
c) the supply of underwear
d) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed or whose packaging has been partially or fully tampered with
e) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
A) We do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may be provided by certain manufacturers.
B) We do not provide service for products. We do not have spare parts beyond those provided by certain manufacturers.
C) We do not accept returns of underwear or clothing with broken packaging or used items.
D) In the case of a proven defective product, the shipping costs are borne by us.
E) In case the returned product is not proven to be defective, is found to have been used, or its packaging is damaged, it will be returned to the buyer with shipping costs charged to them.
F) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or a cash refund.
